The Departure Project is a lean expert collective created by transformation expert Tina Spießmacher. It is dedicated to solving complex challenges in big and small organizations. Tina is known for her exceptional ability to declutter and streamline even the most complex of challenges. Business partners value her for her clarity, decisiveness and result-driven mindset: Whenever you are in a tricky situation and think: „I better call in the special forces“ – call Tina. 
To amplify her impact, Tina created The Departure Project — a collective of skilled experts who join her whenever a job demands it. Together, they tackle the defining challenge of this decade: helping established organisations become AI-ready without losing what makes them strong. 

Over many years, Tina developed her creative problem solving skills in a variety of different roles. She has worked with over 50 organisations and leaders, launching and iterating even more business strategies, organizational models and digital products. Her journey includes positions as innovation and trend researcher, strategy director in one of Germany’s top digital agencies, co-founder and CPTO of a commerce company as well as demanding interim leadership roles in corporates and startups.
Her commitment to transformation and adaptability extends to her personal life, too. As she draws energy and inspiration from different environments, Tina enjoys moving from place to place. Meet her for lunch in Hamburg, for drinks at Lake Constance, or in Lisbon to discuss your Departure Project over galão and pastels de nata.
